All that Wingecarribee’s wonderful first responders, volunteers and service personnel do for our community is to be celebrated. . . and you’re invited to the party! Put Saturday 2nd December at 7pm in your diary and let’s show-up to shower them with gratitude at the Angels in Our Town ‘THANKYOU!’ parade down Bong Bong Street, followed by a free family-friendly concert at Corbett Gardens. Angels in Our Town is thrilled to be joined this year by members of the Rural Fire Service, State Emergency Services, Paramedics, Red Cross, Country Women’s Association, Oz Harvest, Police, Medical Workers, Teachers, Volunteers and many more. Hundreds of local children dressed as angels will pave the way for our heroes, handing out small messages of hope and kindness to community members lining Bong Bong Street.
