This is a festival not to be missed, showcasing all that is the Southern Highlands and surrounds and celebrating all that is BBQ, gourmet foods, beer, wine and music. There will be mastery butchery, chef and pitmaster demonstrations and an Australian BBQ Alliance Competition Sanction Round with a steak cook-off with BBQ competitors from around the country. At this family fun festival they will be chillin’ and grillin’ then going low ‘n slow with live fire demos, great presenters, fun for the kids, Q&A sessions and sausage making.
