Laughter Yoga is a combination of laughter exercises and breathing exercises, cleverly managed by Laughter Yoga teacher, Mary-Kate, in a fun group session. It incorporates gentle aerobic movements, which brings more oxygen to the body and brain, making you feel more energetic and relaxed. This outdoor event is held on the third Sunday of the month at 9am. It is suitable for adults, less able people (chairs provided) and children and you just need to bring a mat and a water bottle.
