Interchange Adventures for teens is a peer-support program by Interchange Australia designed for young people with disabilities, offering monthly (first Saturday) supervised, high-energy activities like rock climbing, hiking, and theme park visits. Departing from Narellan and Bowral, it focuses on building confidence, independence, and social skills in a fun, NDIS-supported, and safe environment
